Congratulations!  You have set the date and booked the venue, now it's time for cake!...

 

To ensure each wedding cake receives the love and attention to detail that it deserves, I only take on a limited amount of wedding cakes each month.  Peak wedding season dates can fill up fast so it is recommended to enquire as soon as possible, preferably 9 -12 months ahead of your wedding date.  I do sometimes have late availability so it is always worth asking.

 

Enquiry

Please enquire via my Contact page or email letting me know your wedding venue, date, approximate guest numbers and anything else that may be relevant.  I will then confirm my availability and forward you a pricing guideline, along with a questionnaire to help me understand the style and aesthetics of your day.

Discovery Call

You will be offered the opportunity to book a complimentary 15 minute zoom call with me to check that I am the right cake designer for you.  This is a lovely opportunity to meet me and ask any questions you may have.  If you are happy and ready to take the next steps, a £100 booking fee will be required to secure your wedding date in my diary.  This payment will be deducted from your final payment.

Virtual Consultations

If you are short of time or don't live locally to me, I offer consultations via Zoom with Tasting Boxes being posted to you to enjoy at your leisure in the comfort of your own home.  All further details will be communicated via email and you can relax in the lead up to your wedding knowing that your wedding cake is all in hand.  If a follow-up Consultation is required, this can be arranged at a mutually convenient time closer to your wedding date.

VIP Consultations

Lots of couples say that the cake tasting is the best part of the wedding planning, so why not make the most of the experience by booking in for a VIP Consultation! This will be held at a beautiful hotel where we can sit down together with a nice cup of tea or coffee and discuss the design ideas for your wedding cake.  You will be presented with a beautiful luxury Cake Tasting Box to take away with you to enjoy together in the comfort of your own home over a glass or 2 of bubbly.

Your Bespoke Proposal

When designing your cake I will take inspiration from your colours, flowers, venue aesthetics, invites and anything else that is relevant or personal to you both.  I will then get to work on creating your bespoke design sketch, which will then be emailed to you along with a quotation for your dream design.  Once the finer details have been agreed, you can relax in the knowledge that you have ticked one more item off your wedding to-do list!  I will then be in touch 1 month before your big day to confirm everything ahead of delivery.

Cake Tasting Boxes

Undoubtedly the best part of the process is sampling flavours to choose the perfect combination for your day!  Tasting Boxes contain 6 flavours of your choice from my menu and are sent to your home so you can relax and enjoy the cakes in comfort over a glass or 2 of bubbly - what could be better!  Tasting Boxes are priced at £40 including delivery.

Booking your Wedding Cake

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your wedding date in my diary and this is fully redeemed against the final balance of your cake.  The remaining outstanding balance is then due 1 month prior to your Wedding Day.

Save the Date

If you would love for me to make your wedding cake but aren't quite ready to start the design process, you can pay a non-refundable fee of £50 and we can arrange a consultation when you are ready.  This payment will be redeemed against your final invoice

 

Cake Stand Hire

I have a selection of Cake Stands available for hire for a small fee of £20, plus a refundable holding deposit of £50-£100 depending on the cake stand chosen.  Cake display and set up will be discussed during your consultation.

The big day has arrived! 

Due to the delicate nature of wedding cakes and sugar flowers, I will personally hand deliver and set your cake up at your venue.  Prior to your wedding day I will liaise with your Wedding Coordinator, Florist and Stylist to coordinate timings and your cake will be set up in your chosen spot at the venue, ensuring everything looks perfect for when you see your beautiful cake for the first time!
