The Cakes

 

The flavour and texture of your wedding cake is just as important as how beautiful it looks, and I offer a delicious choice of options to select from to delight both you and your guests! 

​

All of my cakes, biscuits and sweet treats are freshly baked to order in my home kitchen using the best quality ingredients, real unsalted butter and fresh organic eggs.

​

​Each tier has 4 equal layers of sumptuous cake with 3 layers of fillings of Swiss Meringue Buttercream and conserves which is then coated with a layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache and covered in professional grade sugar paste for a flawless finish. 

​

I am fully Insured, and my kitchen is registered with South Gloucestershire Council and has been awarded a 5 star rating

​

All of my products are made in a kitchen where gluten, milk, eggs and nuts are present.  Therefore I cannot guarantee that a product will be 100% free so please let me know at the time of enquiry if you have any intolerance.  I am unable to cater for allergies as my kitchen is not allergy registered.

Limoncello & Blueberry

Zesty lemon and blueberry cake infused with Limoncello liquor, layered with Limoncello Swiss meringue buttercream and zesty lemon curd

Lemon Drizzle

Zesty lemon sponge infused with lemon sugar syrup, layered with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and zesty lemon curd

 

Lemon and Poppy Seed

Zesty lemon and poppy seed sponge layered with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and zesty lemon curd

 

Raspberry and White Chocolate

Beautifully light and delicate sponge made with fresh raspberries and Belgian white chocolate, layered with Belgian white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream

Prosecco & Strawberry

Light Prosecco sponge infused with Prosecco sugar syrup, layered with Prosecco Swiss meringue buttercream and extra fruity strawberry conserve

Caramel & Biscoff 

Light and delicate Caramel sponge layered with Lotus Biscoff Swiss meringue buttercream and crushed Lotus Biscoff Biscuits

Coconut & Passionfruit

Coconut sponge cake infused with a coconut cream sugar syrup, layered with passionfruit swiss meringue buttercream and homemade passionfruit curd

Chocolate and Salted Caramel

Indulgent Chocolate Fudge cake layered with Belgian chocolate buttercream and drizzled with home-made salted caramel sauce made with Cornish Sea salt flakes

 

Spiced Carrot

Deliciously moist spiced carrot cake layered with a zesty orange Swiss meringue buttercream

Cherry Bakewell

Light almond sponge layered with an almond infused Swiss meringue buttercream and black cherry compote
